Welcome to Spurling Enterprise. By using our website and renting a vehicle from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before booking.

Eligibility to Rent
All renters must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and full coverage insurance. Renters under 25 may be subject to a surcharge and/or additional insurance requirements.

Vehicle Use Policy
Our vehicles are to be driven responsibly and for lawful purposes only. Racing, off-road driving, towing, or any use that may cause excessive wear or damage is strictly prohibited. Only authorized drivers listed on the rental agreement may operate the vehicle.

Booking and Payment
Reservations require a valid credit or debit card. A security deposit will be held at the time of rental and released upon the safe return of the vehicle. Full payment must be completed before the vehicle is released.

Insurance Requirements
All renters must provide proof of valid auto insurance coverage that extends to rental vehicles. If coverage is not available, insurance may be purchased through our third-party provider.

Fuel and Mileage Policy
Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as provided. Excess mileage may incur additional fees as outlined in your rental agreement.

Damage and Responsibility
Renters are fully responsible for any damage, theft, or loss occurring during the rental period. Additional charges may apply for cleaning, late returns, or unauthorized use.

Cancellations and Refunds
Refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details regarding reservation changes and cancellations.

Changes to Terms
Spurling Enterprise reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.
