Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Spurling Enterprise, we understand that plans may change unexpectedly. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines our procedures for changes, cancellations, and refunds to ensure a transparent and reliable rental experience.

Customer Cancellations
If you cancel your reservation at least 48 hours before the scheduled rental, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours are eligible for a 50% refund. No-shows or last-minute cancellations will not be refunded.

Modifications to Your Reservation
You may request changes to your booking, such as rental dates or vehicle model, at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. All modifications are subject to vehicle availability and approval.

Early Returns
If a vehicle is returned before the scheduled end time, no partial refund will be issued. Rental charges are based on the agreed period and are non-adjustable once the rental begins.

Cancellations by Spurling Enterprise
In rare cases, we may need to cancel a reservation due to maintenance issues or vehicle unavailability. In such events, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule your rental at no extra cost.

Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
